Deniliquin Behaviour/Psychology Consultation Clinic - EOI

Expression of Interest,  Deniliquin Behaviour/Psychology Consultation Clinic: The Behaviour/Psychology Consultation Clinic aims to provide behaviour support strategies to families and carers, where there is not current Behaviour Support.
This clinic is open to individuals who are not ADHC clients but who meet the broader disability criteria. A school / preschool can refer a child who is not an ADHC client who does meet the broader criteria, for information on the broader criteria please contact Peata Smith 0358810900.

The clinic is run by a Behaviour Support Practitioner and a Psychologist.

Each appointment will be for 90 minutes.

The next clinic is on Wednesday 19th February 2014 in Deniliquin

There are only a limited number of places available per clinic

 Who should attend?

~        The key worker and/or the Team leader, Parents or carers – the client does not attend the clinic.
~        If you are listed with ADHC, you may ask your ADHC Case Manager to attend the clinic with you if you like.

What to bring: 

~        The completed brief questionnaire and the consent form (contact below).
~        Please bring the person’s current working file with you to the clinic.
